The SET SEG insurance headquarters project is and approximately 60,000 sf state of the art corporate headquarters. Located in what had become a functionally obsolete building that did not meet their current growth trajectory, SET SEG engaged Kramer Management Group to help them develop a new corporate headquarters. KMG began by conducting surveys and evaluating all business units and current space programs along with detailed growth projections. KMG organized the corporate steering committee in a functional work plan with the chosen architect and engineer. This resulted in a highly efficient and cost efective new campus that fully met current needs, and allowed for signifi cant growth over the next 15 years. KMG led the entire project from start to finish. The project was completed on schedule and well below budget.
