To modernize its facilities and provide patients with a state-of-the-art medical experience, McLaren Flint worked with Kramer Management Group to renovate its Emergency Department and Clinic in Fenton. To maximize their return on investment, McLaren Flint converted an existing building with great success. KMG served as the Owner’s Representative to develop the overall project budget and lead the building design and construction process.
KMG worked with several McLaren Flint departments to ensure no detail was left to chance and planned for the procurement and installation of medical equipment and furnishings and fixtures, security, and all aspects of technology. The resulting facility houses a new 21-bed emergency department, lab, imaging center, and medical clinic.
McLaren Flint entrusted KMG to provide the expertise and leadership to guide this project from vision to reality to maintain focus on the needs of the patients and community.
