The Delta Energy Park (DEP) project is scheduled for substantial completion on 04/1/21. Discussions on ways to improve the schedule are ongoing with our project partners. Black & Veatch (B&V) continues to perform design engineering and development of specifications for the Lansing Power Constructors (LPC) buyout of balance of plant equipment and construction services contracts. Construction activities under the management of LPC are also ongoing for initial site development and deep foundations (piles).
